We'd rather be accurate than fast with promises. Delivery options and costs are confirmed with each order, before payment is taken.
Price and shipping are confirmed first
Items still waiting on supplier pricing can't be bought at a guessed price. Once an item's cost, stock and shipping are final, its page shows the real price and you can complete the purchase on our secure store.
Dispatch and tracking
After an order is placed you'll receive a confirmation from our store with the dispatch details and tracking once the parcel is on its way.
Delivery estimates
We don't publish a blanket delivery window while carrier details are being confirmed. If timing matters for your order, ask us before you buy and we'll tell you what to expect.
